"I have been with this company for about 3 and a 1 years in my experience. With this, certain facilities has been nothing more than fantastic. These guys are always on point. "Do not get state farm insurance! Our son got hit by a insured driver who more the likely was under the influence the driver fled the scene yet some foreigner named Romeo gets to decide my son is at fault and that if the "driver comes forward they will pay all their fees" SERIOUSLY??? they dont even do the claims or help you at all at the office they do nothing here everything is over the phone ai over seas crap yet there's offices every time you turn a corner! The driver made a illegal uturn directly in front of my son driving erratically and clipped his bumper there was no way whatsoever for him to stop in time and now we have at fault on our record which is a absolute joke!!! We wouldn't have even filed the claim and paid ourselves if we would have known that but we should have known what it would be we pay insane amounts for insurance and its useless. We have not had a single claim with them in over 20 years and this is what we get they will raise our rates for something that wasn't our fault! I guess youre better off being a drunk without insurance..On top of all that my husband called several times and they promise to call back and never do its going on three weeks now they said they would check into it because the lady on the phone even said it wouldn't be our fault and rates wouldnt go up or we wouldn't lose the safe driving and that she would check into why and call us back and nope! When we told them they put it as our fault she said that doesnt mean it won't go up yea right I know better and that's not the point it shouldn't even be on our record for at fault when it wasnt our fault!! Also they have a claim on our house from six years ago that isn't even ours from Hurricane Sally and we didn't even have home inurance or live here then we've only lived here not even two years and we want it off there as well and was told they would look into it and guess what still no call backs on nothing!!! We are beyond fed up with this place! Great way to lose customers and have all policies pulled from this place!"
